After a successful CEO Gaming 2017, CEO founder Alex Jebailey (@ceojebailey) took a trip to Southern California to collaborate on some fighting game projects while also taking a mini vacation. He found time to talk to our heroes for the latest episode of the Cross Counter podcast.
In this 90-minute episode, Gootecks, Mike Ross and Jebailey talk about all things Jebailey, from running CEO to being a popular global Twitch emote. In between, you’ll learn ...
what it takes to run a large-scale event
why fliers still work as a promotional tool in the Internet age
how a region can become a must-attend tournament destination
Jebailey is the founder of Community Effort Orlando, otherwise known as CEO Gaming. He’s been running events for several years in the Central Florida region and is expanding his talents to other organizations, including the Dreamhack series and Red Bull Proving Grounds.
Next year, CEO Gaming moves from Orlando, Fla., to Daytona Beach, Fla. But before then, there will be other events such as CEOtaku. A huge wrestling fan, he’s had the opportunity to work with in-ring stars such as Kenny Omega and Xavier Woods.
